Mount Joy is a family-owned farm situated in the Banhoek Valley, near Stellenbosch, approximately 60 km from Cape Town, South Africa. We grow 20 varieties of plums, mainly for the export market. Mount Joy is one of South Africa's oldest deciduous fruit farms. After packing, the plums are containerised and shipped overseas from Cape Town harbour.

We pack our fruit in our packhouse operated by our packing company, Banhoek Fruit Packers. We uphold high food safety standards and implement the best agricultural practices. We are GlobalGap and Tesco Nature’s Choice certified.
